1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send you an item that you did not order, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
  • Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. The stamps must be in their original packaging, if applicable.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (stamps and collectibles), we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will approve your return and provide you with a return authorization number, along with instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Return Shipment: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: After your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if the item is damaged due to your fault, we may issue a partial refund.
